Working with both people at the height of their careers and those winding down approaching retirement, I’ve learned that each stage of life has unique challenge to face. I have adapted my practice to face these challenges and accommodate my clients individualized needs.
My team and I develop customized plans to help each client pursue their goals. These plans incorporate paying off debt, saving for retirement, creating tax efficient strategies, and reviewing and managing stock options. With the knowledge that raising a family, paying for college, and focusing on a career is overwhelming, we help design comprehensive financial plans that are result-driven, not product driven. We want you to have options when it comes to your finances, not requirements.
My Approach
Your career is definitely on track, but you don’t have enough spare time to put a long-term financial plan in place without some help. That’s where I come in.
I work primarily with mid-career executives (and executives-to-be) to develop, implement and monitor your retirement plan. That includes guidance on your 401(k), how to invest proceeds from exercised stock options and year-end bonuses, and much more.
Are We A Good Match?
Executives have a unique set of challenges that need to be addressed: stock options, year end bonuses, moving into higher tax brackets–they all need to be considered before they happen. That’s the “planning” part of financial planning.
Too often, I get the call after the big promotion, or after the stock options are granted. And that’s fine, we can start at any point in your career. But putting a plan in place that anticipates the raise, anticipates the bonus, and accounts for that in your financial plan is the optimal approach.
